MopShots – Does “The Rachel” hairdo symbolize the 90s better than the Clintons do? Do the 70s bring Farrah Fawcett’s Hair to mind more so than disco dancing and Huggy Bear? Do mullets, rat tails and the Donald’s comb-over really rankle you? If so, MopShots is the place for you. MopShots is an online hairstyle lookbook where users can submit photos to show off their latest hairdo, and the pros can boast about those of their customers’, too. The MopShots Dictators (The site’s hair style specialists) review submissions, provide advice and select the shots that will be featured on the site. And no, you can’t pay-to-play here: shots are chosen solely on the basis of how much the Dictators appreciate a certain look. If you are one of our male readers, I need to make this unfortunate announcement: you can’t submit your photo, it’s girls-only I’m afraid (talk about discrimination…). It’s a shame because the revived Metrosexual Man would have loved submitting some cool hair shots. Dear Dictators, why not open the site to men as well??? In terms of my personal faves, here is one style created by Pierre Michel, a look that Victoria Beckham, Rihanna and even Katie Holmes have all sported.
