Yumsugar - YumSugar is a savory food blog, and what makes it so fantastic is its range of topics and the overall quality of content. As it is a food blog, you would expect the obvious cooking tips and recipes, which are indeed the ‘main course’ of the site, but it also offers numerous and lovely ’side dishes’ (if we’re already on the pun side of things…), such as cool ideas for parties, latest food related news. What’s for desert? Choose from a list of yummy food polls.

Summertime for me is the season of succulent, sweet watermelons. If you haven’t really given this odd looking and over-sized fruit a try, I would suggest a tasty experimentation - YumSugar offers seven watermelon ideas that are way beyond the conventional.

Jockeyphone - It seems today there aren’t as many solid funny jokes as there used to be. It might have to do with my busy schedule or my ever-increasing age… Who knows? In any case, I still crave a good hard laugh following a great joke. Thank God Jockeyphone is here! This is a video site where users submit their jokes for the sake of everyone’s entertainment. The site is extremely easy to you use, and I particularly appreciated their greeting - an auto (shuffle) play of random jokes. In terms of browsing the available joke data base on Jockeyphone, I suggest going through the different channels and finding your favorite ‘joke teller.’ I especially enjoyed the way Chris Valenti tells his - he is so passionate about it as this video shows so brilliantly.

Man Babies - A man is an adult human being displaying male characteristics - this doesn’t necessarily include cuteness. A baby on the other hand is a puppy form of the human race that has a temporary lack of speech and mobility capabilities. This form of Man is usually regarded as adorable and cute. What would have happened if we were to switch between these two? The results are displayed via the images below. If you like it and you think it is super funny instead of creepy, you should enjoy it some more. However, if you didn’t like it as much as I did, go to cute overload to balance it out, it’s all about snugly and lovey-dovey pet pictures.

Overheard in the Office - Eavesdropping is the act of surreptitiously listening to a private conversation. This is commonly thought to be unethical but on a more practical level, eavesdropping happens so often, particular at work. What follows listening to a new fact you weren’t supposed to know would be the strong urge to share it around with other colleagues… The result is Overheard in the Office - a list of ridiculous things people say to each other around the water cooler or anywhere in the office where major plot figures are out of sight. The one I liked best is who ordered the salad - it is just so funny and true.

However, I would rather avoid presenting part of the site’s credo as I usually do because that would take away from your enjoyment of visiting the site for yourself and reading Wong’ words. To get a true sense of 300 Love Letters, visit the colorful page of boxes, and then randomly click on them to enjoy the pure and mighty power of love.
